We guarantee you will have high quality
and fresh products delivered to your
doorstep
in the same perfect condition that if left
our location. If you feel it was damaged
in transit, please e-mail us immediately
at info@northstartrees.com, that we can make
arrangements for a replacement or a refund your money.
Please have all product back to us by December
21st, as we will not guarantee refunds
past this date.
We are committed to providing you with evergreens
for the holidays as fresh as if you had
walked on our farm and cut it down yourself
to take home. Your business is very important
to us and we feel honored that you have
chosen our trees and evergreens to be the
centerpiece of your holiday season!
